10am – Gothic Quarter Tour (3h)
Although Barcelona is well-known for its modern architecture, it has a history stretching back 2.000 years into the Roman period. You will visit the Arco de Triunfo and the Ciutadella Park, where you will find the Castle of the Three Dragons, the Zoo, the Catalonian Parliament, a spectacular waterfall, and much more. This was the legacy left in the city by the 1888 Barcelona Universal Exposition.
Afterwards, you will visit the ancient Gothic Quarter where you will be able to discover something spectacular in every alley, such as the Cathedral, the Roman walls or the Jewish Quarter. The Sant Jaume Square, the gothic church of Santa María del Mar, and the Paseo del Born, among many others, will take us on a walk-through history with our experienced private tour guides.
