Israel | 1D | Day trip to the Biblical Galilee

Whether you're a true believer or a history aficionado, a trip to the Galilee is a must! We will take you in the footsteps of Jesus. The first stop will be Nazareth, the town where he spent his childhood. There you will visit the mythical Basilica of Annunciation, established over the site that tradition holds to be the house of the Virgin Mary, and where angel Gabriel appeared to her and announced that she would conceive and bear the Son of God. Right before we arrive in Tiberias, we will enter Mount Arbel National Park to get the most breathtaking view over the region. We'll go downhill and drive along the Sea of Galilee, stopping in Capernaum to view the ruins of the ancient synagogue where Jesus taught and the gorgeous Greek Orthodox Church. Continue to Tabgha and visit the Church of Multiplication of Loaves and Fish with its beautiful mosaic floor.
