Day 1 Friday - June 2 - Welcome to Israel

Welcome to the Holy Land! The moment you land, our OUTstanding team will be at the airport, ready to meet you and escort you to your hotel in Jerusalem. In the evening, you will be served a welcoming dinner, where you will meet the team as well as the fabulous people who will join you on this adventure. If you’re tired from your flight, you can spend the evening at the hotel for a comfortable night to relax and rejuvenate for tomorrow. If you’re not too tired, you are more than welcome to walk around the city at your leisure. But remember, tomorrow is a new and wonderful day for more exploring!

Day 2 Saturday - June 3 - Jerusalem

Good morning, Jerusalem! It’s your first full day in the Holy Land so we’re getting off to an early start. After a filling Israeli breakfast, we’ll make our way over to Jerusalem’s Old City. One of the most historically significant and sought after places on Earth, the Old City of Jerusalem is teeming with thousands of years of history, with surprises to be found around every corner. Join us as we take a tour of some of the Old CIty’s most iconic spots including the Holy Sepulchre, King David's Tomb and the room of the last supper, the Via Dolorosa and the Western Wall. A visit to the Old City of Jerusalem is always an unforgettable experience, which we think can be best enjoyed with new and great friends!

Day 3 Sunday - June 4 - Jerusalem

Our second day in Jerusalem will be spent in the New City diving into some Israeli culture. We’ll start our day off with a visit to the Israel Museum. Ranked among the world’s best artistic and archaeological collections, the Israel Museum houses some of the greatest works of Israeli art as well as Jewish cultural artifacts from all over the world and some of the Middle East’s most significant archaeological finds. Step back in time with a visit to the world’s largest scale model of Jerusalem as it was 2,000 years ago, get an up-close look at the Dead Sea Scrolls, the oldest known manuscript containing excerpts of the modern Bible, or take a photo in front of the iconic “AHAVA” sculpture (Hebrew for “Love”). Then we'll introduce the culinary part at Machane Yehuda, one of the largest open-air marketplaces in Israel. An experience for all five senses, we’ll walk through the narrow alleyways of Machane Yehuda, take in all the smells and sounds, and soak in the vibrant culture.

Day 4 Monday - June 5 - Welcome to Jordan

This morning we'll leave Jerusalem and head to the beautiful Masada National Park. Once arrived you will ascend to the mountain top, where lays the ancient fortress built in 30 BCE by King Herod, with the cable car. Right there, overlooking the biblical Moab Mountains, in the middle of the desert, discover the story of one the greatest Jewish symbols of hope and pride. Afterward, escape to the world’s largest natural spa: the Dead Sea! Situated 400 meters below sea level, it is an intimate utopia of rejuvenation and natural minerals. After a delicious lunch at Isrotel Nevo, cover yourself in mud and lose all sense of gravity while floating at the private beach of the hotel.
Finally, we’re heading to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan! Of course, all the logistics of the border crossing will be handled by us and you'll be lounging at the swimming pour of your resort on the Red Sea before you know it.

Day 5 Tuesday - June 6 - Petra

Get ready for a day trip to the crown jewel of Jordan, Petra. Once the capital city of the ancient Nabataean Kingdom, Petra, also known as the “Rose-Red City”, is one of the most famous archaeological sites in the world and is listed by Smithsonian Magazine as one of the 28 places you should visit before you die. While there, we’ll take a tour of the ancient city with plenty of time to explore, take photos, and bask in the majesty of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. At the end of the day, we'll head back to Aqaba (about two hours drive).

Day 6 Wednesday - June 7 - Wadi Rum

Today, we’ll drive to Wadi Rum, an otherworldly, red-rock landscape in the Jordanian desert. We’ll begin our day with an off-road vehicle tour of the desert, allowing us to get as close as possible to all the best vistas and landmarks in Wadi Rum. Following, you’ll switch to a more authentic ride: on the back of a camel! And we'll seal this experience with an authentic Bedouin lunch in the shade of a valley before heading to the famous Aicha Memories Camp, a luxury hotel comprised of bedouin tents and unusual geodesic domes that look like something out of a science fiction film. A night in these Panoramic Domes is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that truly feels out of this world.

Day 7 Thursday - June 8 - Tel Aviv

It’s time to head to our final destination... We'll cross back into Israel in the morning, before a short (1h) flight to the White City of Tel Aviv! Upon arrival, you’ll be treated to a walking tour of Tel Aviv and Jaffa. With our tour guide, you’ll be introduced to all the most iconic and interesting spots in Tel Aviv. See the city’s UNESCO recognized Bauhaus architecture, check out the aromas of the open-air Carmel Market, and immerse yourself in the history of the ancient city of Jaffa (Yafo). We’ll finish this tour with an early sunset Pride Reception. Try to get some rest tonight because tomorrow is the world-famous Tel Aviv Pride Parade!

Day 8 Friday - June 9 - Pride Parade

HAPPY PRIDE! Today is the day you’ve been looking forward to: the world-famous Tel Aviv Pride Parade. Get ready to see hundreds of thousands of queer and queer-minded folks from all over the world filling the city streets for a day-long celebration of love, acceptance, and PRIDE! The parade begins at noon and ends right on the seashore at Charles Clore Park with live performances, bars, food stands, and thousands of beautiful people partying until the sun goes down.

Day 9 Saturday - June 10 - DJ Offer Nissim

Shabbat (the Jewish Sabbath) is celebrated every Saturday and is a day of rest, relaxation, and reflection for Jews all over the world. Shabbat in Tel Aviv during Pride weekend is a great opportunity to relax on the beach and recover from yesterday’s parade while getting ready for another amazing evening of partying. Tonight you’ll be attending Israel’s biggest gay party of the year, hosted by one of the country’s most beloved DJs, Offer Nissim. People from all over the world who flock to Tel Aviv for Pride make sure to stay for Offer Nissim to party the night away under the stars. The outdoor party is, in many ways, the unofficial closing party of Pride. Six hours of non-stop house music, lights, surprise musical guests, and hundreds of sexy men partying under the sunset will make this night one you’ll never forget. If there’s one night to let completely loose and have a little too much fun, it’s definitely this one ;)

Today, you can recover from all the crazy Pride events and parties at the beach, go shopping or visit one of Tel Aviv’s excellent museums.

Cancellation policy

• Up to 29 days prior to arrival date: 15% from the total services
• 28 – 21 days before arrival date: 30% from the total services
• 20 – 14 days before arrival date: 50% from the total services
• 13 – 7 days before arrival date: 80% from the total services
• Less than 7 days before arrival date: 100% from the total Services

Voluntary cancellations due to force majeure, political instability, government intervention or State Department warning will be subject to the above fees, provided the program is deemed (by Outstanding Travel) able to continue.

We do recommend taking Travel Insurance to cover any unforeseen events that would prevent you to partake in this trip; as well as the cost of assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness, loss of baggage and money, and other expenses.

It is your responsibility to fulfill the passport (which should be valid for six months beyond the intended length of your stay abroad), visa, and other immigration requirements applicable to your itinerary. You should confirm these with the relevant embassies and/or consulates. We do not accept any responsibility in the case of you being unable to travel due to not complying with any such requirements.

Outstanding Travel reserves the right to cancel this trip, should it not reach the minimum number of 10 participants. In this case, the reserving traveler will receive a full refund of all money paid to Outstanding Travel.

Payment:

It is our company policy to receive a 30% deposit upon booking, and full payment 4 weeks prior to arrival.
